Eastern Heights is a new residential project in Nagpur, India, comprising two towers seamlessly connected at the 9th and terrace floors, which also serve as recreational amenity floors. This design expertly blends luxury and convenience. The facade’s striking simplicity is characterized by the structural members that dictate the vertical massing, while allowing for flexible space planning on the inside.

The towers are situated within a spacious campus that also features a shopping complex fronting the street.

Standing tall against stormy skies, we are excited that one of the tallest towers in our portfolio is close to completion.
Divum, a residential development in Goregoan E, tops out at 475 feet above ground!
The building’s exterior is a study in minimalism, with simple volumes rendered in stark colours and large floor to ceiling windows without boxing or chajjas.

This weekend we bid goodbye to one of our oldest associates, Mr Nair. He has been with the firm for 42 long years, through three name changes and four office locations
Colleagues and their families gathered over an evening of nostalgia, celebrating his long journey!

Today’s post is not a pretty picture, but about the guts of a construction site. The pit for our commercial tower in Powai is both a logistics and engineering win, given that the site team has excavated down over 15 m in is a small plot with hard basaltic rock through incessant rain.
It is the diligence of site teams and contractors that create the foundations for our designs, and we acknowledge the grunt work that goes into construction activities.

OBEROI SHOW FLAT - We served as the ex*****on team/local partner.
The installation process involved close coordination with different vendors and our team, who worked together to develop various solutions through trial and error on-site.. for example : Matching the brass finish above the main entrance door was complex. We collaborated with fabricators and experimented with options, ultimately achieving the desired look with metallic paint that closely resembles the brass finish. the Green Onyx installation presented its own set of challenges, but our ex*****on team ensured a seamless finish, resulting in a beautifully crafted final product.

This one is old but super special in the growth of our senior partner Ashok Mody’s practice.
Built in the late 1970s, Holiday Inn at Khorfakkan, UAE was a challenging project that Mr Mody undertook during his time there. A best in class 5 star hotel, the clients spared no expense and Mr Mody had a dream project to design and execute.
With its distinctive trileaf form and circular windows, it is still among the top hotels in the area, a testament to its timeless design

We are super excited about this one! A unique experiment for a vacation home, where each room is an independent A frame structure, perched on top of a mountain overlooking Pawana Lake. The structures sit lightly above ground, not disturbing the natural topography of the site and are connected via bridges and pathways weaving along the contours.
It’s been an interesting learning curve as we have been experimenting with steel construction, cladding materials, sloped window sections and more.

A space tailored for visionaries.
we curated a design that blends functionality with sophistication. A 17-seater boardroom was proposed to accommodate varied group sizes, while a dedicated lounge area—absent in the original plan—was thoughtfully introduced. Given their love for reading, a library setup was seamlessly integrated across the workspace, adding depth and character to the environment.

For a new residential project in Nagpur, we’re doffing our hat at the Art Deco movement that has defined the skyline of our home city, Mumbai.
We are taking inspiration and interpreting it in a modern, minimalistic way.

We recently had the privilege of designing the top floor at L&T house in iconic Ballard Estate. The older building threw up challenges and opportunities, both.
The space is being used as dining and lounge facilities for their CSuite.

Vrindavan Estate in Nagpur is a township with several typologies of housing. Affordable apartments, luxury apartments, garden and sky penthouses and luxury villas.
Showcased here are the upcoming villas. We have designed 3 types of villas of varying sizes within a gated community, the largest being a 3 storey 5 bedroom villa with deep terraces.
