Women account for a vast majority of the workforce in the food industry, yet they are grossly underrepresented across the board, and especially in leadership roles😤

This is no secret and we aren’t telling you anything you wouldn’t have already noticed. Instead of calling out female restaurateurs who won’t hire a single woman in their kitchen, today we shine the spotlight on 5 inspiring leaders who are making great strides (and absolutely fantastic products) in increasing the representation of women in the industry🙌🏻

We are 10, today!
It's been a journey that is just like our business - Smooth, bumpy, sweet, perfectly iced, sometimes a little creasey at the edges...At times a complete whirlwind and yet so rewarding!

Here are some snippets from our very first custom cake ...100% made by hand, painted by hand, batter from scratch, every figurine handcrafted...it took us 10 days to finish this...Today, it takes around 2-3 days for a cake of this scale 😊

Thank you for choosing us to be a part of some of your happiest and special moments...We are grateful and humbled by who we are and what we've achieved 🤗
