Labeled as a “museum of architecture”, the area is an expanse of culture and heritage with an eclectic blend of styles – Neo-Classical, Gothic, Victorian and Art Deco - coupled with a flair for the contemporary - that corroborate the unique spirit and aesthetic of the place.

As a studio, we’ve had the privilege of Adaptively Re-Using existing heritage buildings all the while preserving & rehabilitating the same - this practice has emerged as a commercially viable, environmentally sustainable, and programmatically flexible design solution.

A multi-level utility centre table designed as a grounded spatial anchor with recessed planes that allow seamless circulation. Crafted in ribbed veneer with brass inlay detailing, the piece balances functionality with a restrained, monolithic presence.

Two To Tango I Together

A centrepiece designed through staggered planes and layered volumes that create spaces for books, artefacts, and tabletop essentials. Framed in polished walnut and contrasted with white PU-finished elements, the table balances function with sculptural presence through a dialogue of warmth, rhythm, and material contrast.

A recently completed Project 58WV - a 4,000 sq. ft. apartment in South Mumbai, opens up to panoramic views of the city, where every opening frames the skyline.
