Arouse Curiosity, but don't make it over-complicated like a puzzle.
Quick Communication is more important than Design in a Post - else we miss the audience's attention.
In our office, whenever we are creating a Post or any Creative we always remember this line because everyone is BUSY - has a different priority than reading your Post, and LAZY - why will the viewer take the extra effort to understand your complicated Post.

This ad campaign was inspired by ANJ's Build for Microsoft - The strategy, concept, script, creatives, artwork, and even the scratch was done in-house.
Though very simple the ad is getting a wow response.
