We work with the Great Eastern Shipping Company for their quarterly magazine Ocean Wave, used for internal distribution among their employees. The magazine has company insights, articles on industry affairs and practices, trivia, news, etc.
We refreshed the entire magazine, starting with a new logo. We worked on the overall aesthetic language which includes basic grids, typography, tone of the photography, and section and article titles that run across all issues. Based on this system, unique layouts are created for each article, woven together by illustrations and pictures resulting in a well-narrated story.
The renewed magazine is much loved by the employees, with each issue seeing more employees submitting their articles for the first time. The quantity printed has also been doubled since the first new issue.
Overall, the magazine serves as a place for camaraderie among the employees, as well as providing space for them to explore, present new skills and share their stories with a wider audience.

, an NGO dedicated to combating Child Sexual Abuse, centered their annual report around the theme of 'learning-unlearning', emphasizing the continual process of acquiring new knowledge and challenging existing beliefs to better address the issue. Through this approach, the design of the project included playful illustrations of children interacting with environmental elements that denote this creative, out of the box attitude.

The annual report for a non-profit organisation working on the issue of child sexual abuse in India had a theme of learning, rising, and shining in a VUCA world. The design project included playful illustrations of children interacting with environmental elements that represent the chaos. Dynamic scenes were created through the use of different scales, motion, and textures in the graphic elements. The typography was interspersed in these to add to the chaos. The expressions and gait of the children show them thriving within the chaos, symbolizing how team Arpan has responded to and grown through the circumstances. This aesthetic was also carried forward through photographs and financial graphs, creating a cohesive and visually appealing report.

A branding project for a nerikomi artist, Moneshi Shah; starting out with her own brand - The M Project. Nerikomi is a Japanese technique where coloured clay is layered and sliced to make patterns, then shaped into objects which are glazed and fired. The logo encapsulates this process, through a stylised flame that also takes the shape of the letter "M," which is the initial of the artist's name. The colour palette and organic frame is inspired by Asian aesthetic and reflects the uniqueness of each hand-made piece. We did an in-house photoshoot to create assets and strategised for the brand's social media platforms. We also worked on the packaging, brochure, certificate of authenticity and thank you notes which carry the bespoke ceramic ware.

This illustration project with included building a comic style journey for a user persona - Sarita and her journey of financial inclusion through education. You get a visual context of her life in the village, her community, her challenges, her aspirations and the role Swadhaar plays in helping her achieve them. This project involved branding and packaging for a premium Mithai brand by . An amalgam of nutritional science and traditional recipes, we created a classic word mark as the brand's logo, complimenting it with an elegant custom motif using the brand's name in devanagari script. This motif was extended into a pattern and paired with deep colours, a pop of orange and rich copper foiling in the brand's signature series of boxes.
