The age group of 7 to 11 years is the perfect time for children to start understanding money in a meaningful and practical way.
At Finstart, we focus on building strong money habits early through engaging, real-life learning.
In this summer camp, your child will be introduced to 5 essential concepts of money:
1. Understanding the value of money and different currencies around the world
2. Learning that money is not free — it must be earned
3. Introduction to banks and how a bank account works
4. Smart spending — understanding needs vs wants
5. Saving with a purpose (goal-based thinking)
All concepts are taught through fun, interactive activities and practical experiences- including field trips to a bank and a supermarket, so children can connect learning with real life.
