Difficult to celebrate when across the world one can only see reasons to grieve:

Vile dictators bombing children/ innocent civilians.

Terrorists states subjugating & silencing women/minorities and the world abandons them.

Women being killed just because they refuse to conform to the dress code that a male dominate state imposes on them.

The world spending trillions in war while millions go hungry.

The increasing divide between the have and the have nots, the silencing of independent voices and press, the rise of rightwing across teh world and targeting of migrants or those perceived as the "other".

But still I suppose we need to hope, need to resist and dream.

So here is dreaming to a world of Pride... A world where no country will subjugate/kill/terrorise/humiliate anyone from the Q***R COMMUNITY for their identity .... Never understood why is teh straight world so scared to love, to be kind.... How does anyones life get affected by my choice to love someone ... at least its NOT HATE
