2 tbsp Ghee
Half tsp Black pepper
5 Cloves
1 Black cardamom
2 Cinnamon sticks
a little Mace
2 Bay leaf
2 Onions
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Mutton masala powder
1 tsp Homemede Garam masala powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
500 gm Mutton
8 to 10 Dry red chillies
1 glass of warm water
