Yes, friends, this is the famous Hinduja Hospital standing majestically by the sea. I started work here in the CSSD as a youngster over 35 years ago and continued for nearly 20 years.

I felt, and maybe I’m biased, that it had the best CSSD ever and as HOD I learnt the ropes in no time. I completed my Supervisors Course From IAHCSM and was trained under consultants from US.

I will share 3 secrets I learnt from my time here:
1. The Management gives you everything you ask for, provided you convince them of its benefits the Hospital.
2. They really value and appreciate knowledgeable people who fight for their department and field
3. Surgeons are really kind hearted people, and only seem scary at first!

Armed with these tips, working in CSSD should be a breeze!
