Dental Checkups!!
Starting young... Tooth Haven team conducted a dental check up at a prestigious school in Juhu. Children were briefed about good oral hygiene techniques, and tips for a healthy diet for teeth. A day well spent with the adorable little ones, and efficient and welcoming principal, teachers and the support staff.

Only if we as adults inculcate a good oral hygiene routine will our children follow us. Brushing twice a day is one of the most important and basic part of your daily dental care routine.

*If children see us brushing and flossing before we go to bed they will tend to imbibe the routine.
*If they see us picking healthy snacks they would follow along.
*If they see their parents visiting the dentist regularly they will enjoy their dental visits too. The earlier the regular dental checkups start the more comfortable they get with their dental visits.
