Something I want to say out loud.
Almost every tech product Indian businesses use today was built for someone else.
CRMs designed for American sales teams. Marketing tools priced for European agencies. Analytics dashboards that assume your customer writes you emails โ when 90% of yours are pinging on WhatsApp.
We've all just adjusted. Paid in dollars. Translated things ourselves. Kept WhatsApp on a second phone because the "main tool" doesn't really get it. Glued five products together with spreadsheets and called it a workflow.
