Hairloss, also known as alopecia or baldness is loss of hair from part of head. The sev erity of hair loss can vary from a small area to a big one. common causes are genetics and hormones in males and conditions like chemotherapy, underlying conditions like hypothyroidism ,malnutrition, pregnancy, and stress.
Mostly it is frontal and parietal.
The first sign is people notice more hairs than usual in hair brush after combing or shampooing.
MANAGEMENT Healthy diet,a good qualityof protein,iron enhances growth of hair and prevents hairfall to a great extent.
