Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Customer Sales & Support Executive to help us expand our clientele. Candidate will represent the services of the company on front side and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales & marketing strategy. Assist customers via voice, email or chat

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide software & product demo to clients over calls, emails & remote desktop communication (Teamviewer/Anydesk)
• Demonstrating the product knowledge, its usage and issues
• Maintain a clear communication channel between the internal team and clients
• Understanding the product features and represent to clients
• Actively connect with customers and provide proactive support
• Coordinate with Development Team to successfully deploy software releases
• Able to monitor process and software changes that impact production support
• Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
• Should be updated with current trends in markets and customer needs
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Should be able to work in multitasking environment
• Hands-on experience in writing business emails/communication
• Team player, Communication and negotiation skills
• Decent Computer Knowledge required
• Knowledge about domain/hosting/emails will be an added advantage
