The hidden reasons of electrolyte imbalance

Feel?
• Weak.
• Dizzy.
• Drained.

Imagine body as a phone battery,
• Charged.
• Ready.
• Full of life.

But even,
• The best phone won’t work.
• If the charger is faulty.

That “charger” in body? Electrolytes,
• The minerals that keep internal electricity flowing.

When electrolytes are out of balance,
• “Battery” starts acting up:
• Feel tired even after sleeping.

• Even when drinking water daily.

People,
• Can drink water from morning till night and still be dehydrated inside cells.

Yes,
Their mouth is wet but cells are thirsty.

Imagine body is a large farm
• The soil = Cells.
• The irrigation pipes = Electrolytes (minerals).
• The storage tanks = Muscles and liver.
• The farm workers = Hormones.
• The mini wells underground = Mitochondria.

The shocker:
People can pour water on a farm every day but If the,
• Pipes are blocked.
• The soil is dry.
• The tanks are empty.
• The wells are damaged.
The crops will still die of thirst

That’s the same thing happening inside people's bodies.

Why does this happen?
Cells,
• Can't use water just because people drank it.

There are,
• Hidden factors.
That decide whether water enters,
• Cells.
• Or not.
