From a thoughtfully curated thematic venue design, striking entry arch, impactful branding & installations, and a dignified stage with immersive LED backdrop, to seamless protocol handling, sound & light, and precise on-ground event management, every element was delivered end-to-end by CircusInc, keeping naval ethos and operational precision at the core.

The celebrations featured:

✨ Shri Bihar Panchmi – Panchvati Mahotsav, Vrindavan | 25 November 2025 ✨
A divine and culturally vibrant morning in the holy city of Vrindavan as we celebrated the sacred Shri Bihar Panchmi – Panchvati Mahotsav, marked by the spiritually significant Panchvati Vriksharopan by Braj ke 108 Sant Mahatmas.

This auspicious event was hosted by Infinity Group, and we at CircusInc are truly grateful for the opportunity to execute, manage, and bring their vision to life for this spiritually powerful celebration.

Pet Tales – Paw-tastic Pet Fest, held at INS India / NOM Varuna in association with NWWA and conceptualized & executed by CircusInc, brought together Navy families and their beloved pets for a heartwarming celebration of love, loyalty, and togetherness. 💙

From adorable grooming sessions to the incredible Police Dog Squad demonstration, the event was packed with exciting competitions, agility showcases, pet fashion walks, adoption drives, and more — making it a truly unforgettable day for both families and their furry companions. 🐶🐕‍🦺🐾

The venue came alive with laughter, cheers, and wagging tails, showcasing the deep bond between Navy families and their pets.
