Modibhai Attarwala - Late Shree Kunj Bihari Modi started this business in 1950 by naturally extracting itra from flowers in his small shop out of his passion for fragrance. His hardwork and honesty wasn't enough to establish the business but he never gave up and kept working hard to provide natural essence especially to religious people of Mathura. The first product he made was Kadamb IRA- made from a flower called kadam. The journey continued and he went on to make rose, thus and many other natural attars along with rose water and Gulkand. since the shop was situated at Yamuna Kinara Mathura, he also started selling tulsi kanthi mala, gunna mala, and many such related religious products.

He was supported by his younger son Mr. Shyam bihari modi -who took the command of the business and manufacturing was completely taken care by Mr. K B Modi.

Today after almost 70 years, the business is managed and run by his youngest grandson Mr. Harsh*t Goyal who brought a lot of innovation and modernization to the business (as the changing marked demands) and now runs this business as one of the most famous brand for natural attar, gulabjal, gulkand, tulsi kanthi mala, wholesale and retailer.

Best innovation was the attar based perfume sprays for religious purpose. Ease of use for the modern generation while keeping the nature intact.
