A people's NGO & think tank dedicated to creating positive societal change through education & empowerment in Goa.
Change begins when we pay attention to what students truly need. PACT Foundation is helping transform school classrooms through better learning spaces, thoughtful improvements and continued attention to the details that matter.
Students and teachers share their testimonies, speaking about the changes PACT Foundation has brought to their classrooms and the difference these improvements have made to their learning experience.

Potential is where every journey begins. With the right opportunities, a step forward can become a leap towards a brighter future. PACT Foundation is helping turn potential into possibility, one learning opportunity at a time.
When better learning environments meet curious minds, the possibilities are endless.
From upgraded toilets and smart classrooms to resource rooms, happier school spaces and words of encouragement, these students are turning today’s opportunities into tomorrow’s dreams.
And when students have the chance to dream bigger, their voices say it best.

When every step feels uncertain, PACT becomes the hand that draws the road ahead. A path not just walked, but carefully created for young minds to rise, explore, and prosper. Because every child deserves more than direction, they deserve a foundation that builds the road beneath their dreams.
A new chapter for PACT and a new voice for Goa. PACT Foundation Day 2026 marked the launch of Radio Mandovi 88.4 FM, the community voice of Goa, and Launch of Goa Future Ready, a skills initiative across schools in Goa, to support our Youth for the future of work. A joint initiative by PACT with CL Educate and MySathi Foundation.
The occasion was made even more meaningful with greetings from Honorable Chief Minister of Goa, Dr Pramod Sawant, who congratulated Dr Ashwin Fernandes and the entire PACT team on these initiatives. The celebration also featured inspiring words from Rahul Bose, Imitiaz Ali and Satya Narayanan.
Two new initiatives. One shared vision. A Goa that is ready for the future.

Some lessons stay with us long after the classroom doors close. Behind every confident mind and brighter future is a teacher who chose to guide, inspire and believe. This Teachers’ Day, we celebrate the educators who make every lesson count.
A meaningful day of reflection, celebration and renewed purpose at PACT Foundation Day 2026.
The lighting of the lamp, alongside our special guests, represented PACT’s ongoing commitment to creating brighter opportunities and a stronger future for every child.
During his speech, Dr Ashwin Fernandes shared a powerful thought: “Andhere ko kosne se behtar hai ek diya jalana.” A reminder that instead of focusing on the darkness, we must take action to create light and bring about meaningful change.
The celebration was made even more special by the inspiring words of Bhumi Satish Pednekkar and the warmth of the entire PACT family.
