Kshai’s mission was clear: travel to a forbidden world and retrieve a stone of unimaginable power. On that silent planet, he met Ria, who was searching for the same stone to save her distant home.

At first, they were cautious strangers, but the loneliness of the alien world drew them together. They shared food, stories, and laughter that echoed through empty valleys. Ria taught Kshai to read her constellations; he sang her the songs of his childhood. Together, they built a small shelter and watched twin moons rise and set, night after night.

Days became months, and suspicion faded. They learned each other’s silences, celebrated small victories, and found comfort in each other’s presence. In quiet moments beneath the stars, they dreamed of a future where love could rewrite the rules of the universe.

For four years, the planet became their world—a place of hope and a love as endless as the night sky. But the stones they found came with a cost. Ria had to return home to save her people, and Kshai could not follow.

On their final day, sorrow hung in the air. Ria’s hands trembled in Kshai’s as they said goodbye. “You can go, Ria. Save your world. I’ll carry our love across every lightyear between us,” he whispered.

With a final embrace, Ria turned toward her ship, her silhouette fading into the blue glow. Kshai watched her disappear into the stars, the weight of their love anchoring him to the lonely ground.

He returned home with the stone, but it felt empty in his hands. The true treasure—the love he found and lost—remained in his heart, echoing across the universe, a memory shining brighter than any star.
