Thermoforming - a plastic molding technique that is used to manufacture a variety of highly usable products such as consumer goods packaging, food packaging and even suitcases.

During this process, thin plastic sheets are heated to make them easy to manipulate. Once the sheet reaches a certain temperature, it is then formed over a mold then cooled to a desired shaped. As a final step, the end product is trimmed to increase its usability.
