What a memorable evening at the majestic Chowmahalla Palace last night! Gathered for a truly worthy cause—combating water scarcity—we were joined by a remarkably committed group of supporters whose passion lit up the historic halls.
The highlight was the culinary brilliance from three of India’s brightest young talents, each showcasing two exquisite courses in a seamless fusion of flavors. Beautifully brought together and choreographed by the Fusion 9 team, their show was nothing short of inspiring—a testament to creativity in service of positive change. and team .

On Day 6, dedicated to Haryana and Telangana, our Voila F9 culinary team brought the rich and soulful cuisine of Telangana to the spotlight — earning warm appreciation from guests and dignitaries.
