Here PARICHAY presents Ms. Shaifali. Shaifali is an electronics and communication engineer as well as a lady entrepreneur of 'Vasudha Sanrakshan private limited' (waste management company ).
Ms. Shaifali and her team started on their idea during their college.The idea is to make such type of segregation machine which sagregates waste into valuable products .
During their college time , Shaifali and and her team has done various projects related to waste management so idea came to their mind to start their own waste management company.

Shaifali and her team faced a lot of difficulties whether they are at family levels or at career level. At the beginning of their start up they didn't even know where to go. But they got over all the problems and today they are doing very well .

It's been about 2 years since they started and they are still making a lot of efforts in this start up. First achievement of this team was a project on "System and management of plastic waste disposal at Lucknow junction , Charbagh railway station and Varanasi junction and then they Provide Services of MRF (Material recovery facility ) facility to NAGAR NIGAM PRAYAGRAJ on the waste generated in KUMBH 2019 and their work is appreciable .
So Ms. Shaifali is here to share her experience and journey with us..
