Today we will Hare Matar ki Ghughni at home with very less ingredients.

Let's start making such a tasty recipe.

Ingredients for Hare Matar ki Ghughni:
- 600 to 650 Gram Pealed Peas / 600 से 650 ग्राम छिले हुए मटर
- ½ Inch Grated Ginger / ½ इंच कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक
- 1 Half-cut Green Chili / 1 आधी कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
- ½ Teaspoon Salt or to Taste / ½ छोटा चम्मच नमक या मज़े के हिसाब से
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder / ¼ छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
- Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves / कटी हुई ताज़ी धनिया पत्ती
- Potato Shreds or Gram Flour Sev for Garnishing / गार्निशिंग के लिए आलू के लच्छे या बेसन की सेव

Preparation:
Take 1 tablespoon refined oil in a pan and as the oil gets hot add ginger and green chillies to it. When the ginger is cooked, add peas and salt to it and mix it. Now add 2 tables of water to it and cover the pan and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame. Do not add too much water as peas also release their water. If you add too much water the peas will become pitch-pitch. Now add black pepper powder and green coriander and mix it. Now cover the lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Now we will check whether the peas are cooked or not. See, the peas are completely soften. Now we will plate the pea ghugni.

एक पैन में 1 बड़ा चम्मच रिफाइंड तेल लें और तेल गर्म होने पर इसमें अदरक और हरी मिर्च डालें. जब अदरक पक जाए तो इसमें मटर और नमक डालकर मिला दीजिए। अब इसमें 2 टेबल पानी डालें और पैन को ढककर धीमी आंच पर 5-6 मिनट तक पकने दें। ज्यादा पानी न डालें क्योंकि मटर भी अपना पानी छोड़ देते हैं। ज्यादा पानी डालने से मटर पिच-पिच हो जायेंगे। अब इसमें काली मिर्च पाउडर और हरा धनियां डाल कर मिला दीजिये। अब ढक्कन लगाकर 1-2 मिनट तक पकने दें। अब हम चेक करेंगे कि मटर पके हैं या नहीं। देखिये, मटर एकदम नरम हो गये हैं। अब हम मटर घुघनी को प्लेट में लगा लेंगे।
