The increasing incidents of crimes against women and girls in our country have shaken the very foundations of our society. Almost every day, we come across news that jolts our conscience and highlights the deep-seated issues within our community. These incidents expose the flaws in our social fabric and emphasize the urgent need to take immediate action for the safety and empowerment of our daughters.

It is the right of our daughters to live in a world where they feel safe, confident, and self-reliant. However, the harsh reality is that even today, most women and girls face the threat of violence and discrimination. Therefore, it has become more important than ever to strengthen our daughters and enable them to defend themselves.

Since 2012, we have been continuously inspiring and empowering our daughters by organizing free self-defense training camps. These camps are designed to strengthen their hands so that, when the time comes, they can not only protect themselves but also safeguard those around them. And, if needed, they can teach a lesson to the monsters in disguise on the spot.

Empowerment begins with education and training. We must equip our daughters with the skills they need to defend themselves in any situation. Self-defense training, awareness programs, and exercises that build mental strength are essential tools that provide our daughters with the courage and resilience to face the challenges of the world.

We urge every daughter in the country to step forward and take responsibility for her own safety. Participate in training programs, learn self-defense techniques, and develop the mental strength to stand against any form of injustice. You do not need to be helpless—empower yourself to be strong and capable.

We also request all parents and guardians to support their daughters in this journey of empowerment and encourage them to actively participate in self-defense camps. Inform them about their rights and create an environment where they can confidently speak out and, when the time comes, crush those who dare to harm them.
