Cyber awareness reached the grassroots through “Psyber Panchayat”, an initiative by PsyNaree Welfare Foundation along with RT Cyber Academy, which was highlighted on ABP News for its community-driven outreach.
Hosted at Primary School Sarojini Nagar, the programme engaged children, parents, educators and local citizens in conversations around online safety, responsible digital habits, AI literacy, emotional well-being and the hidden risks linked to mule bank accounts in cybercrime networks.
By simplifying complex cyber threats into practical everyday awareness, the workshop encouraged citizens to become more cautious, informed and digitally responsible.

Artificial Intelligence is powerful, but Actual Intelligence is knowing how to use it responsibly.
During the Psy-ber Panchayat session, this young cyber warrior spoke about the misuse of AI with a level of clarity that left the entire gathering listening closely.
This memorable moment from the Psy-ber Panchayat session showed how awareness and the right guidance can empower even the youngest voices to speak about cyber safety and responsible digital behaviour.
“Psyber Panchayat”, organised by PsyNaree Welfare Foundation in association with RT Cyber Academy, was featured on India TV Speed News for spreading cyber safety awareness in the community.
Held at Primary School, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, the session saw active participation from children, parents, teachers and local residents. Discussions were held on cyber safety, AI awareness, digital responsibility, mental well-being and the risks of mule accounts, explaining how people can unknowingly get trapped in cyber fraud activities.
The workshop aimed to encourage safe and responsible use of digital platforms and strengthen cyber awareness at the grassroots level.

ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में आयोजित इस विशेष अभियान के दौरान म्यूल अकाउंट धोखाधड़ी, साइबर अपराधों से बचाव, सुरक्षित डिजिटल व्यवहार एवं ऑनलाइन सुरक्षा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर बच्चों, अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों एवं स्थानीय नागरिकों को जागरूक किया गया।
वास्तविक घटनाओं एवं उदाहरणों के माध्यम से साइबर ठगी के नए तरीकों तथा उनसे बचाव के उपायों की जानकारी सरल एवं प्रभावी रूप से साझा की गई। कार्यक्रम में ग्रामीण समुदाय की सक्रिय सहभागिता देखने को मिली।

Imagine this ——>
A village. A school. A room full of farmers, homemakers, students and elders, most of whom have never heard the words “cyber fraud” or “mule account.”
Now imagine a fraudster reaching that same village before we do. Offering ₹500 in exchange for a bank account. And that innocent villager trusting, unaware saying yes. Not knowing that a knock from the police is next. 😔
This is not imagination. This is happening. Right now. Across rural India.
That’s why and launched a grassroots cyber safety and mental health initiative that goes where the need is greatest.
At Primary School Hasanpur Khevli, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow cyber safety expert Raksh*t Tandon sounded the alarm on online frauds, OTP scams, fake calls, and the growing menace of mule bank accounts in rural communities.
Meanwhile, our very own mental health expert Archie Anuraj opened up the conversation on digital addiction, anxiety, loneliness and the quiet mental health crisis brewing beneath the surface of our villages.
Because here’s what we believe at you cannot talk about cyber safety without talking about mental health.
They are inseparable. The fear after a scam. The shame of being trapped. The isolation of not knowing where to turn. It’s all connected.
And none of this would have been possible without the incredible energy and dedication of our volunteers Amolika, Ayesha, Anshika, Shreeya, Sandhya, Agrima, Daya Shankar, Labhansh, Shreyansh and Suhit who showed up wholeheartedly and made this event everything it was. You are the real force behind this movement.
