Kozhikode: A unique women-centric wellness workshop titled โAnubhavaโ will be hosted on 11th June at The Raviz Kadavu Resort and Wellness Centre. Designed exclusively for women and curated entirely by women, Anubhava is a thoughtfully created wellness experience focusing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of women.
Speaking about the initiative, Programme Director Vaidya. Accamma Chandy said that in todayโs demanding and fast-paced lifestyle, women continuously dedicate their time and energy towards family, profession, and society, often neglecting their own wellbeing. Anubhava aims to create a meaningful space where women can pause, reconnect with themselves, and embrace holistic wellness.
Chief Program Coordinator Vaidya. Sona Malayil stated, that the workshop will feature expert-led sessions and interactive discussions on Ayurveda, mindful living, self-care, emotional wellness, Face Yoga, holistic wellbeing, and healthy lifestyle practices. Participants will also experience curated wellness activities including guided culinary wellness sessions by master chefs, a relaxing river cruise experience, and a specially curated lunch. Anubhava could also become a meaningful and thoughtful gift from husbands, brothers, children, and friends to the women in their lives. Vaidya Sona added.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, 11th June, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at The Raviz Kadavu Resort and Wellness Centre. Registrations will remain open until 7th June 2026.
