*Avoiding heavy foods or foods of difficult digestion before games must be adopted
*The main meal before a game has to be had at least 3 hours in advance.
*If the players wishes to have something to eat nearer the time of the match, he/she should choose among fruits, cereal bars, cookies low fat yogurt and sport drinks.
*The best strategy to hydration is to drink small quantities at regular intervals.
*To avoid dirking water and fluids during an important game may result in concentration loss.
