Today, we celebrate not just a​ Foundation, but a family built on love, faith, and purpose.

To every team member, every person whose path has crossed ours, our volunteers, collaborators, well-wishers, and every life we've had the privilege to touch—​"you are the reason Destiny exists​".

Over the years, we have faced uncertainty, financial challenges, moments of doubt, and obstacles that often seemed impossible to overcome. Yet, through every high and low, we stood by one another, remained true to our purpose, and kept moving forward.

​Our in​spiring ​and selfless global team, our dedicated volunteers, partners, and our producer group, whose quiet commitment and unwavering support keep our mission alive every single day.

As we ​complete 18 years, we renew our commitment to transforming lives, breaking cycles of exploitation, and creating pathways to dignity, ​ and hope.

What began as a simple vision has grown into thousands of stories of resilience, countless smiles, life-changing second chances, and lifelong friendships. Our journey has shown us that real change is never achieved alone—it is built together, one act of courage, compassion, and belief at a time.

At Destiny Foundation, art helps our children express, heal, and discover their talent.

Niche Club's 'Crucible of Dreams' event at La Martiniere Kolkata brought together 13 children from Destiny’s Munshigunje community Center!
A comprehensive day of learning, interaction, and creative pursuits like cricket, football, craft, and quizzes at the school premises. We deeply appreciate the students' effort in curating the event, “Another step forward towards an inclusive society."

A throwback to our first field visit to Purulia. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our TISS interns, Fayez and Nandika, for their dedication and invaluable contributions during their time with us. Thank you for being part of our journey.

Education is the first step towards empowerment. The children of Purulia have to trek 3 kilometres over rocky and arduous terrain everyday to access primary education and are unable to access reliable mentorship and remedial coaching. Due to the underdevelopment in the area they lack dedicated community centres where they can learn and grow in a safe environment.

With the help of your donations, Destiny Foundation is committed to remedying this exact dilemma. We aim to establish an After School Study Centre where children can grow, learn and interact in comfort that otherwise would not be possible. Every rupee can change the trajectory of a child's life.

A community thrives when its children are happy. Our volunteers Shamai from TISS, Rohan from Symbiosis, and Sagarika from FLAME University conducted a special session with the children at our Community Center .

Empathy enables children to understand and acknowledge the feelings of others. Through kindness children can develop a positive outlook and appreciate the world around them.

By combining these skills, children develop better self-regulation, confidence and increased resilience.

We celebrated Dr Nandita's birthday, a KIWC member ( Destiny a long term partner ) who desired to spend time with our kids on her milestone birthday, with 42 children from our community center, and were met with an outpouring of kind gestures and love. Nandita gifted them steel dinner plates and glasses, which they enthusiastically banged. The children, in turn, presented her with a beautiful handmade paper flower bouquet, which left the birthday girl beaming and emotional. Kolkata International Women's Club
