Imagine the patter of rain on the roof falling in the rhythm of Rimjhim Rimjhim Rumjhum Rumjhum, the lush, green embrace of Dooars where the tea garden workers working in tune with Dil Mein Jo Baatein Hai, picnicking beside the ripples of swollen rivers creating a lot many Chhotisi Kahani and then exploring the nitty gritties of the songs of R.D. Burman in an absorbing inter-active sessions!!

Does it sound like a dream, right? Well, Euphony, the R.D. Burman organization, is making it a reality for all our friends. And it's happening at Dooars on the 6th & 7th September a 2 Night 3 Days Sojourn which will be one of its kind and which has never happened before!

Join us for an exclusive weekend designed for every true Pancham Da enthusiast.

This isn't just a listening session; it's a deep dive into the oceanic depth of his music with all the like-minded Panchamda fanatics. We're talking intimate sessions where we'll explore his compositions, his techniques, and the stories behind his iconic songs. It will be a 2 full days of Fun & Frill along with exploring the nuances of Panchamda's work. Sessions which am sure would enrich u back!!

And everything in the monsoon in Dooars with sumptuous foods and great trips in the nature. Isn’t it the perfect backdrop for rediscovering the magic of R.D. Burman, connecting with fellow music lovers, and sharing your passion!!!

Interested please note the Cost will be - 11,999/- per head which includes

* AC2 Train Tickets to and fro from Calcutta to North Bengal
* Boarding Train from Calcutta on 5th Sept evening & Return on the 8th evening Boarding from North Bengal to Calcutta. Return early morning on the 9th. All going together in the same Train.
* All lodging & fooding expenses on Twin Sharing Basis at Gorumara Nest for 2 Nights plus meal expenses during Train journey.
* All Sightseeing & Internal Travelling Expenses

The wait is finally over for all you R.D. Burman aficionados. Mark your calendars for the 27th of June as Euphony celebrates the 86th birth anniversary of the legendary Panchamda with a spectacular musical tribute at Kalamandir,Calcutta. After a long year, prepare to immerse yourselves in an evening filled with nostalgia and the timeless melodies of our LoRD.

Like earlier years, this year's show too promises to be an unforgettable experience, bringing together the original musicians from HIS team. The trumpet maestro, Kishore Sodha, will grace the stage with his brilliance, while Shyamraj's saxophone will weave a tapestry of mellow nostalgia. Adding to the magic will be the soulful violin of Abhijit Mazumdar, and the rhythmic mastery of Kutun da, Panchamda's long-time associate and a phenomenal tabla player, returning after a long hiatus in an Euphony show. Also would be gracing the evening will be Sitar Maestro Rahul Chatterjee who has been an integral part of our shows for many years now.

Adding a special touch to the evening, we are honored to welcome the octogenarian mandolin maestro, Kishore Desai, for the very first time in Kolkata, who will not only enchant us with his music but also share captivating stories from his long association with R.D. Burman. And after more than a decade our very own Ankush Chinchankar will be there to unravel the intricate nuances and expertise behind Panchamda's iconic compositions.

To top it all we will have our Studio Musicians from Calcutta without whose tiring efforts the show remains incomplete and the ever energetic RJ Arvind the Anchor of the ship 🙂

Those who have seen him,particularly in our shows before, will take a nostalgic trip down memory lane when Ankush Bhai used to be a regular in our Shows communicating with the legends of Panchamda’s team on Stage and helping all of us reach HIM as closest as we could.

Those who have not watched him will marvel at this man’s immense knowledge and how masterfully he would make you understand the subtle nuances of HIS compositions. And thats why we fondly address him as the Encyclopedia of Panchamda.

And this time Ankush Bhai will be present in the show sharing all those nuances & anecdotes demonstrating a few which am sure will mesmerise u all.
