TDS return for Q4 FY 22-23, 31st May is the last date to file TDS return.

Leave Encashment Exemption Limit Increase

ESI Filling Date Extended till 30.04.22 For March 22

Extension of GSTR 9 and 9C due date for FY 19-20

Due dates for filling GSTR 9 & GSTR 9C for FY 2018-19 now extended to 31st December 2020.

Due date of Tax Audit extended to 31.12.20, ITR of audit cases extended to 31.1.21 & non audit cases to 31.12.20.

CBDT further extends the due date for furnishing of belated & revised ITRs for Assessment Yr 2019-20 from 30th September, 2020 to 30th November, 2020.

GSTR9 and GSTR9C due date extended till 31 Oct 2020

ESI Members who lost their jobs to COVID-19 Pandemic to get maximum 90 days of unemployment allowance to the extent of 50% of the average per day earning.
