Ladies Study Group is a platform that encourages women to mobilize their talents towards making a positive difference to the society at large. V.

In 1966, the Indian Chamber of Commerce set up the Ladies Study Group (LSG), in order to create a platform that encourages women to mobilize their talents and help them participate in issues related to social development. Ms Padmaja Naidu, the then Governor of West Bengal, launched the Organisation. LSG started as an experiment, became an innovation and is now an established presence. LSGโ€™s object

The Ladies Study Group 60th year began in spectacular style on 6th April 2026 at Taj Bengal with โ€œLegacy & Legend,โ€ with the installation of the President 2026-27, Enu Johal Bala. The evening was anchored by a deeply engaging conversation with the legendary actor Shatrughan Sinha, in dialogue with theatre personality Juhi Babbar Soni.
