Very important detailing for roof waterproofing is the drain mouth area. It must be sealed with polymer modified mortar/ruber adhesive.
Metal roof waterproofing by self adhesive tape is the best & reasonable oprion. One of our small job at our office.

One of our recent work, roof waterproofing cm heat insulation treatment by overdeck XPS board system. It can reduce room temperature from 5-10 degree in pick Summer. Very effective system. But detaiing is also very important for success.
