**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced Tele calling executive for cold calling and lead generation. It would be a UK debt management ( IVA) campaign. The candidate must have fluency in the English language. We will provide leads and necessary training.

working time: 2 PM to 11 PM

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 8000/-INR to 15000/-INR per month

**Project details :**

A predictive dialer with calling minutes and leads will be provided.

Agents can log in to our dialer interface and start taking calls.

Required training and refresher training will be provided.

**Process :**

Login to our Dialer.

Talk to the customer.

Extract information from the customer regarding his debts.

Explain the program to the customer.

Check for eligibility.

Transfer eligible customers to our debt specialist.

Follow-up until customers subscribe.
