Libby found Thomas Kurien's, taste & decided to master his favourite dishes on her week long holiday at Cochin.
We were more than happy to upgrade her Indian cooking skills- Biriyani, Parippu payasam, Roti, Paneer makhani, Appam, Chicken Khorma, Dosa, Idli, Sambhar, Chutney et al.
Libby, who works for the House of Commons is also busy preparing Biriyani for her friends & family back home in Amsterdam.😀
