Team Carbon Racing......Where Performance is an Artform The vision of the club is to promote Motorsports in Kerala with National Standards.
Team CARBON is a professional Bike Racing Club from Kochi with key focus on preparing Dirt Bikes for Local & National events. The Team consists of 1 Expert & 2 Novice riders in addition to a Chief Mechanic, Team Tuner & Team Manager. The club is an approved member of FMSCI and authorized distributor of RDDreams.com. The club has organized 2 dirt bike races and looking forward to conduct more events including Championships & Drag Races.

Himalayan with Team Carbon build full system header put on dyno ( Dr.Wilz Car test lane, Coimbatore). Given below is the dyno chart. This himalayan uses all stock components, only the header is aftermarket. Notice the increase is not only in the peak power but there is power increase throughout the rpm range. The bike feels more ride-able both at slow and high speeds and seems more rev happy. The bike still has 7200 rpm rev limiter. Since all the internal parts are stock, didn't want to risk reliability. This bike will give you the same reliability as the stock bike and is much more smoother to ride. As with other projects, we will keep developing this engine more and will keep pushing further. This post is regarding our new Himalayan project. The enfield himalayan bike was modified to compete in INRC rallys. Modifications include new Carbon designed full system headers, Optimized cam timing, compression ratio increase, slight intake port correction. As per the company specs, the himalayan produces 24.5 bhp @ 6500 rpm and 32 nm torque @ 4250 rpm. Given below is the simulation power graph of the carbon modified Himalayan. Except for the header, all other parts are Stock company original parts.
Carbon Honda Unicorn dyno run on 21.03.19 at Dr.Wilz car test lane, coimbatore

Our very first dyno test today(21.03.19). Tested a stock Unicorn and our Carbon modified Honda Unicorn at Dr.Wilz car test lane, coimbatore. Stock Unicorn produced 13.5 bhp @ 7200 rpm. Our modified bike made 21.4 bhp @ 8700 rpm. Not bad ah😀
