Introducing this Coimbatore library exemplifies contextual modernism, where a steeply pitched bamboo mat ceiling evokes Kerala’s vernacular roofing while exposed timber grid posts and walnut-veneer shelving systems assert structural honesty and material hierarchy.

This home is imagined a a truthful, grounded retreat for Jibin and his close knit family honest in its materials, warm and its proportions and rooted in its Kerala context.
From the front verandah bench to the carporch framed by landscape, every corner of Nijam is designed to reflect what matters the most to the family : simplicity, authenticity and a life built on true foundations.

This bedroom serves up the perfect receipe - a dash of style, a pinch of cozy and a generous helping of natural light.

Here’s one of our latest project which we had worked at skyline 24 carat, a project which we would like to take closer to our heart as this project has its own significant details and the client who was very specific about the requirements that could accomodate their needs and functionality, this project took around 3 months to complete and the best part is the sunset from the site, which is truly a breathtaking view. "Aram" is a residence meticulously crafted to embody the timeless elegance of traditional Kerala architecture, fused with the regal charm of Chettinad design elements. From a designer’s perspective, the challenge was to seamlessly merge the cultural essence of both regions while ensuring a harmonious, functional living space that speaks to both heritage and modernity.
The design incorporates Kerala's distinctive architectural features, with sloping tiled roofs and finely detailed wooden columns, creating a visual connection to the past while adding a sense of grandeur. The use of traditional Kerala materials such as laterite stone and terracotta tiles grounds the house in its cultural context. Yet, the influence of Chettinad craftsmanship characterized by its rich, ornate wooden detailing and grand proportions is subtly woven throughout, offering an elevated touch that speaks of refinement.
