Academy of Realistic Movements on Social Work ‘ARMS’ is an organization registered under Society’s Registration Act XXI, 1860. (Reg. No. KSR/CA/641/2012).

It is founded by 7 like-minded social workers who have been working in different social development projects run by state and central governments. ‘ARMS’ is non-profit, voluntary citizens' group which is organized on task-oriented and driven by people with a common interest that is “the welfare & development of the Society”.
