Caesar Foundation, conceptualized in memory of "CAESAR" a German Shepherd dog. Its a registered charity Organisation dedicated to stray dogs.

Stray dogs are omnipresent and are considered nuisance for the society spreading fear and many illnesses. Animal lovers staunchly support their right for co-existence with humans.
