While the port sector is being challenged by various issues caused by COVID19 pandemic, Kakinada Container Terminal continues its unfailing services to the trade even though the bad weather that hit the region.
It is with immense pleasure to share that Food Corporation of India did the shipment of an additional 2640 Mt ( 120x20’) of Rice & 660 Mt of Wheat ( 30x20’) to Port Blair through Kakinada Container Terminal. This rice is to be distributed to the public through the Civil Supply Services.
Kakinada Container Terminal expresses that It is thankful to FCI / TCI Seaways for using the logistics and supply chain services available at Kakinada, to ensure a seamless movement of their cargo and shipments even during the COVID19 pandemic.

First-ever an import consignment of 4x40’ loaded from NEW ORLEANS, LA – USA arrived at Kakinada Container Terminal and being destuffed ( Cargo: LDPE ). This was initiated by M/s: ITC / M S C / M/s: Sai Teja Traders.
