During this process, we realized that a bridge course for architecture / Civil students would really help them to understand better about the Industry requirement as part of their job search. We have also observed that girl students are somehow neglected during the recruitment process thinking that boys can do better in this domain. We have special concept for girl students to train them on office based expertise. In this regard we came up with a concept by name “ENGINEERING LABS” through which we will be training the Architecture / Civil students on the required field knowledge. We have also coupled AutoCAD with other field topics in order to develop better confidence levels to the freshers. Our idea is to help the Architecture / Civil Diploma and Engineering students to place themselves in a job as soon they complete their education. We have identified certain areas where a site engineer should expertise and we have formed a syllabus to train them with. We have kept nominal fee as Rs. 3000/- for both AutoCAD and the bridge course. Duration of this course is 30 days.
