कल दिनांक 25 जून 2020 को रतलाम के आगे बिलपांक गांव जाना हुआ।
मकसद था प्राचीन महादेव मंदिर का अवलोकन करना।
ये प्राचीन मंदिर 2300 वर्ष पुराना है जिसका जीर्ण उद्धार 900 वर्ष पूर्व गुजरात के एक राजा ने करवाया था। (अनुमानित)
छोटे से गांव के मध्य सकरी गलियों से होकर इस मंदिर तक पहुंच पाए।
यह मंदिर गुर्जर चालुक्य शैली (परमार कला के समकालीन) का मनमोहक उदाहरण है। वहां के स्तम्भ व शिल्प सौंदर्य इस काल के चरमोत्कर्ष को दर्शाते हैं। वर्तमान मंदिर से गुजरात के चालुक्य नरेश सिद्धराज जयसिंह संवत् 1196 का शिलालेख प्राप्त हुआ है। इससे ज्ञात होता है कि महाराजा सिद्धराज जयसिंह ने इस मंदिर का जीर्णोद्धार करवाया था।

Raghogarh State was established in 1673 by Lal Singh Khichi, a Rajput of the Chauhan Khichi clan, a branch of the clan to which Prithviraj Chauhan the founder of Delhi belonged; the state took its name from the fort of Raghogarh, founded in 1673 by Raja Lal Singh himself in 1677. Raghogarh state prospered for a century, but saw its fortune wane owing to Maratha attacks led by Mahadaji Shinde around 1780.

By 1818 there were disputes regarding succession in Raghogarh, which were settled through the intervention of the British authorities.
