જામનગર મહાનગરપાલિકા તથા જામનગર કેન્સર ઇન્સ્ટિટયૂટ તરફથી નો ટોબેકો ડે 31મી મે વ્યસન મુક્તિ અભિયાન અનુસંધાને મેયર શ્રી મોનિકાબેન વ્યાસે 216 સ્વાસ્થ્ય અભિયાન કચરા ગાડીઓમાં જે ગીત દ્વારા સંદેશો આપીએ છીએ તે ગાડીને લીલી જંડી આપી.
ડેપ્યુટી મેયર રાકેશભાઈ ડેર, સ્ટેન્ડિંગ કમિટી ચેરમેન ધીરેનભાઈ મોનાણી ,શાસક પક્ષના નેતા અમરભાઈ મોદી તથા દંડક પ્રવિણાબેન રુપડીયા પણ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા તથા તેમનું બહુમાન કરવામાં આવ્યું.
કોન્ટ્રાક્ટર શ્રી અજયભાઈ જાડેજા નું પણ આ અભિયાનને સપોર્ટ આપવા માટે જામનગર કેન્સર રિચાર્જ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ તરફથી બહુમાન કરવામાં આવ્યું.

દરેક વ્યક્તિ પોતાનો શોર્ટ વીડીયો લઈ આ વ્યસન મુક્તિ અભિયાનને સફળ બનાવી શકે .
તેનાથી જ દરેક વ્યક્તિ કુટુંબ તથા સમાજ વ્યસન મુક્ત થઈ પોતાનું ભવિષ્ય સુરક્ષિત કરી શકે

On auspicious "international day of nurses "president dr Kalpana khandheria explain the importance of nursing, the meaning of nursing to NCC students of Jamnagar naval base .
this is the last day of the camp of 10 days. NCC students gathered from all over Gujarat.

-have shown the PPT of cervical cancer elimination, vaccine for them and screening for their mother.

After the session they want to meet personally and ask about the menstrual problems.
So tomorrow the insight about menstruation in menstrual hygiene will be arranged.

29th March is the world dance day.
Jamnagar Cancer research institute decided to entertain the cancer patients with their participation .
for that we have organised a program on 3rd May between 5 to 7 at Paras Dham.
more than 100 cancer patients with their relatives participated in dance, garba, mimicry and karaoke music.
the photos will speak about their happiness. we have provided protein powder to each cancer patient with the high tea designed by dietitian for the cancer patient

In collaboration with Jamnagar Cancer Research Institute concluded its final camp for this year with a impactful HPV vaccination drive aimed at preventing cervical cancer! 🙌

we vaccinated 62 girls aged 11-20 years of Shree Kasturba Shree Vikas Gruh – Jamnagar and Dwarka sanchalit children home for girls , supported by our generous donors.

Jamnagar Cancer Research Institute organised a free cervical cancer vaccination camp on 9th March.

our team visited Beraja, Jaga, Dhulasiya, Bajaragpur, varana, moti lakhani villages and vaccinated the drop out girls of that villages at their doorstep With Support of District Health Officer and their team , Dr dhamsalia and FHW AvnitaBen.

Dr. Jitalben and Dr Foram led the charge, motivating parents and administering FREE vaccines.

*Jamnagar Cancer Research Institute Administers HPV Vaccine to Underprivileged Girls*

On February 21, 2026, Jamnagar Cancer Research Institute (JCRI) administered HPV vaccines to orphan girls from Andabava Seva Sansthan, Deaf and Dump physically challenged individuals.
This initiative, made possible by generous donors, aims to protect these girls from cervical cancer.

Activity related to 4 th feb 2026- world Cancer day

3 schools of Dhrol-jodiya taluka visited yesterday on 1st of February.
previously the parents , teachers and students are counciled by audio visual presentation. They sign the form and then vaccinated .

270 girls are vaccinated in presence of chairmen shree dharmesh bhai mehta, director shree sudhaben khandheria of M.D.Mehta girls high school , MLA and ex. Minister shree Raghavjibhai Patel,Managing trustee of Hunarashala -jodia shree Parth bhai Sukhpariya.

BRC shree Ilaben gadhavi, principal of D.H.K. mungra kanyavidhyalay shree Shraddhaben Jadeja motivated all the students.
Jamnagar Cancer research institute jt.secretary Dr. Jital Ben, executive secretary Shri Amarjeet bhai and member Hema Ben khetwani were deeply engaged with the project.

જામનગર કેન્સર રિસર્ચ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ તરફથી ડ્રોપાઉટ ગર્લ્સ એટલે કે અભ્યાસ અધૂરો મુકેલ હોય તેવી દીકરીઓ ને ગર્ભાશયના મુખનું કેન્સર અટકાવવા માટે અપાતી એચપીવી વેક્સિન વિના મૂલ્ય આપવાનું અભિયાન શરૂ કરેલ છે.

તેના અનુક્રમે જામનગર તાલુકા પછી ધ્રોલ તાલુકા ને કવર કરવા માટે અમારી ટીમ ડોક્ટર જીતલબેન ભટ્ટ તથા ડોક્ટર પ્રવિણાબેન સંતવાણી બે દિવસ ધ્રોલ તાલુકાના જુદા જુદા 16 ગામોમાં જઈ અને આ દીકરીઓને વેક્સિન વિના મૂલ્ય આપી.
આ દીકરીઓને તથા તેમના માતા પિતાને બોલાવી અને તેમને કાઉન્સિલ કરવાનું કાર્ય ધ્રોલ તાલુકાના ટીડીઓ ડોક્ટર ફેઝ તથા નીતાબેન રાઠોડ હેલ્થ સ્ટાફની મદદથી દિવાળીના તહેવારો હોવા છતાં ખૂબ સારી રીતે બજાવ્યું.

માનનીય શ્રી મંત્રી શ્રી રાઘવજીભાઈ પટેલનો પણ આ માટે મોટીવેશન પ્રાપ્ત થયું .
જાવ્યા ગામના સરપંચ તથા પુરા તાલુકાની દીકરીઓના જ્ઞાનના 1970 થી પુરસ્કર્તા, એમડી મેહતા સ્કૂલના ડિરેક્ટર શ્રી સુધાબેન ખંઢેરિયાના હસ્તે દીપ પ્રાગટ્ય કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

ધ્રોલ તાલુકાના ઇટાળા , સુમરા,હમાપર ,માનસર,ખેંગારકા ,સણોસરા,ખારવા,લૈયારા ,જાયવા ,ભેસદણ, રોજી યા, નવા ગરેડીયા, ધ્રોલ અર્બન, લતીપર, ધ્રોલ. ગામોની દીકરીઓને આવરી લેવામાં આવી.

આ પહેલા રાઉન્ડમાં લગભગ 66 દીકરીઓને વેક્સિન આપવામાં આવી તથા તેમને કોઈ જાતનું રિએક્શન તથા સાઇડ ઇફેક્ટ થઈ નથી તેવું સંસ્થાના પ્રમુખ ડોક્ટર કલ્પનાબેન ખંઢેરીયા જણાવે છે.

જામનગર શેરની અભ્યાસ કરતા ઉઠી ગયેલી દીકરીઓને સર્વાઇકલ કેન્સરની એચપીવી વેક્સિન આપવાનું જામનગર મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશનના સાથ સહકારથી શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ.
શ્રી દિવ્યેશભાઈ અકબરી એમએલએ તથા ડેપ્યુટી કમિશનર શ્રી ઝાલા સાહેબ દીપ પ્રાગટ્ય કરી સૌને મોટીવેટ કર્યા..
જામનગર શહેરના 12 સેન્ટર છે તેમાંથી 6( પાનાખાણ આરોગ્ય સેન્ટર, વાંબે આરોગ્ય સેન્ટર, કામદાર આરોગ્ય સેન્ટર, ગોમતીપુરા આરોગ્ય સેન્ટર ,બેડી આરોગ્ય સેન્ટર, નવાગામ આરોગ્ય સેન્ટર) તારીખ 9/10/25 ના રોજ કવર કરવા માં આવ્યો. .

વિશ્રામ વાળી આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્રમાં મેયર શ્રી વિનોદભાઈ ખીમસુરીયા, ડેપ્યુટી મેયર શ્રીકૃષ્ણ બેન, સ્ટેન્ડિંગ કમિટી ચેરમેન શ્રી નિલેશભાઈ કગથરા દીપ પ્રાગટ્ય માટે પધારી બધાને મોટીવેટ કર્યા, એટલું જ નહીં મેયર શ્રી વિનોદ ભાઈએ સ્કેન કરી અને એક દીકરીને વેક્સિનપણ સ્પોન્સર કરી. તારીખ 10/10/25ના રોજ ( નીલકંઠ આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર, વિશ્રામવાળી આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર, પાનવાડા આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર, બેડી ફાટક આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર પીએસસી ,ગુલાબ નગર આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર).

ટોટલ 170 દીકરીઓને વિનામૂલ્ય HPV વેક્સિન આપવામાં આવી.

આ કાર્યમાં સીડીપીઓ શ્રી પૃથ્વી બેન તથા તેમની ટીમનો ખૂબ જ સાથ સહકાર મળ્યો. તેમના વગર આ દીકરીઓ તથા તેમના માતા પિતા સુધી પહોંચવું અસંભવ હતું.

તેમજ જામનગર કેન્સર રિસર્ચ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ દાતા શ્રી ગ્લોબલ કરમા હેલ્થ એન્ડ એજ્યુકેશન ટ્રસ્ટ- યુ.એસ.એ. નો આભાર વ્યક્ત કરે છે.
