Significant weight gain is observed in ladies in their middle age. One reason of this sudden weight gain is attachment with our kids. Yes ! you have read it right.
At this point of age, most of our kids are in teenage stage and just to show our deeper connection we try to share their snacks, their fast food munching and may also develop a habit of eating out just to spend more and more fruitful time with them.
