कल शहीद स्मारक पर विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान जो कुछ हुआ, उसके बाद जब पुलिस हमलावरों को पकड़ कर ले जा रही थी, तब का .in का यह वीडियो देखिए और खुद ही फैसला कीजिए कि 'पुलिस' कल वहां किसकी 'सुरक्षा' के लिए तैनात थी...??

विचारों की लड़ाई में जब तर्क कमजोर पड़ जाते हैं, तो कुछ लोग हथेली को ही प्रेस रिलीज़ बना देते हैं...!! कल भी कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ, जब जयपुर स्थित शहीद स्मारक पर कुछ लोगों ने कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी के फाउंडर अभिजीत दिपके पर हमला कर दिया था। लोकतंत्र में मतभेद होना अच्छी बात है, लेकिन असहमति का जवाब थप्पड़ नहीं हो सकता।

उन हमलावरों ने जो किया वह अत्यंत निंदनीय है, लेकिन पुलिस का यह व्यवहार भी कई तरह के संदेह पैदा करता है...!!

On this complex question, the Supreme Court gave a very important decision in the landmark case of **Crystal Developers vs. Smt. Asha Lata Ghosh (2004)**.

**The Story:**

Based on a will, the court granted probate (official approval). Relying on this order, Crystal Developers purchased the property. However, it later became clear that there were irregularities in the probate, and the court revoked (cancelled) it!

Now the question was: **Will the innocent buyer be punished?**

**The Supreme Court Judgment:**

The Hon'ble Supreme Court, while protecting the rights of 'bona fide purchasers,' said that the purpose of the law is not to punish innocent people. If someone purchased property in *good faith* and in reliance on a court order, they will not suffer any loss if the order is later cancelled.

जब व्यवस्था में प्रोटोकॉल, जीवन से बड़ा हो जाए, तब 'सायरन' नहीं... 'संवेदनाएं' फंस जाती हैं!
