We are looking for a visualizer and a 3D Designer with 4 years of experience in 3D design. The candidate should have an eye for detail.

1) Develop 3D design for new projects.
2) Should have good experience on 3DsMax, AutoCAD, Lumion, VRay, and Plug-ins.
3) Should have worked on Interior and Exterior (Architectural) views.
4) Should be able to do presentation sheets.
5) Review and enhance 3D designs for existing projects.
6) Understand the project requirement and develop high-quality renders accordingly.
7) Participate in the team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
8) Coordinate with Architects and other team members.
9) Should be able to understand details through sketch and transform them.into details.

We are looking for an artful female senior Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.

Responsibilities

Undertake design project from concept to completion

Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”

Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

Produce “sample” and “mood products”

Supervise work progress

Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
