Join us for an intimate, hands-on croissant experience curated by Tanisi Bhatt & Shashank Singh — a collaboration between Café Mool and Whisk & Knead Bakery, where fresh butter croissants become your canvas.
We’ll be laying out a beautifully curated spread of house-made dips, whipped cream cheese, tropical fruits, seasonal purées, fresh herbs, pesto, Nepali achaar, kacha aam kachumber, infused honeys, savoury spreads, and unexpected flavour pairings designed to celebrate creativity, texture, and summer produce at its best.
Every element is made fresh, thoughtfully paired, and crafted to let you explore the art of sweet, savoury, spicy, tangy, and indulgent combinations layered into warm, buttery croissants straight from the ovens of Whisk & Knead.
This is more than a tasting table.

Join Café Mool and Majic Jar for a beautifully curated culinary workshop led by Tanisi, Anirban and Priyamvada where handcrafted preserves, organic grains and peak-season produce come together in thoughtfully composed summer salads.
From delicate dressings and layered textures to intuitive flavour pairing and artistic plating, this experience is designed as an intimate gathering for those drawn to conscious food, refined simplicity and ingredient-led dining.
Guests will be guided through an interactive, hands-on experience where they’ll compose and plate their own seasonal salads using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, artisanal preserves from Majic Jar and organic grains.
From building flavour profiles and experimenting with textures to creating dressings and elevated pairings, each guest will explore the process of crafting beautifully balanced salads in an intimate and creatively curated setting.
