Modak, modhaka, modhakam or kudumu. When we say 'modac' immediately 'Ganesha' comes to our mind and vice versa.
Modak is considered to be the favourite sweet of the Hindu deity, Ganesha.. It means small parts of bliss and symbolises Spiritual Knowledge.
With the blessings of the Lord and motivational support from the family, I introduce 'Modac càkes & bàkes' and couldn't find a better day than today.
