Maggi Cutlet Nahi Khaaya Toh Kya Khaaya...!!

A food item that we all would love to eat anytime anywhere is maggi. Admit it, we all love maggi and how a small bowl of these curly noodles bring joy to our face is beyond words. 🍝 Another food snack that we all loved as kid is cutlet. The small patty filled with mash potato and served with ketchup made our Sundays more enjoyable in childhood days. 🤤

Now imagine combaining both of your favorite snacks and inventing "Maggi Culet". Yup, that's how Chaisa literally surprised it's customers. A small friendly cafe located at Lal-Kothi, in the heart of Pink-City Jaipur, Chaisa is famous among teens and youngsters for its friendly environment and variety of chai. You will always find group of friends gossiping over sutta and chai. 🚬🫖

Among many favorite items from the menu, maggi cutlet never fails to excite the kid in me. The moment you take a small bite of these cutlets, you are transported back to the childhood days. Served on a platter with pudina chutney and ketchup, the cutlets are never over or undercooked thus giving you the pleasure of enjoying maggi and cutlets at the same time. The blend of spices and maggi is as magical as a bite of my favorite cheese pizza.

तुम्हारा यूं किसी छोटी सी बात पर गुस्सा हो जाना और उनका एकदम से चुप हो, एक गहरी सांस लेकर कहना की चलो छोड़ो, अब जाने दो, इस बात को यहीं खत्म करते है..

उनके पसंदीदा चीज़ों को अपनी आम ज़िन्दगी में जगह देना और उनके साथ तुम्हारा एक छोटे बच्चे की तरह रहना,
वो एक दूसरे की छोटी-छोटी ख्वाहिशों का ध्यान रखना और फिर बिन बोले ही सब कुछ समझ जाना..

पर
उनके नाम से तुम्हारे चेहरे पे मुस्कान आना, उन्हे देखते ही तुम्हारे दिल का यूं ठहर सा जाना और यह सब पढ़ते वक्त उनका चेहरा तुम्हारी आंखों के सामने आना...

बच्चपन वाली दीवाली अब नहीं आती।
वो घरों का दियों से जगमगाना अब कहाँ नज़र आता हैं
अब तो हर जगह फेयरी लाइट्स का ज़माना हैं।
वो सितम्बर के महीने से ही घरों में रंग-रोगन का दौर अब कुछ बदल सा गया है,
अब तो हर 3-4 महीनों में मिनी-मेकओवर का ज़माना हैं।
माँ-दादी का वो 2-2 महीनो पहले घर के कोने-कोने को चमकना अब बस कॉलिन और मैड के हाथों 15 दिन में हो जाता हैं।
कहाँ रह गए वो ज़माने जब हम सब मिलकर बाजार जाया करते थे,
हर एक कोने को सजाने के लिए सामान नया-नया लाया करते थे।
अब तो ऑनलाइन ही सारी खरीदारी होती है,
अब कहाँ बाजार की वो चहल-पहल और रौनक नसीब होती हैं।
बच्चपन में तो महीने भर पहले दर्ज़ी को नया सूट सीने दे आते थे
आज तो रेडीमेड ने दर्ज़ी की वो छोटी सी दुकान ही मानो जैसे भुला दी हैं।
पहले तो त्योहार के दिनों में सुबह-श्याम बस मीठा ही खाते थे
परंतु अब तो वेट गेन के चक्कर में बस एक काजू-कतली का ही स्वाद ले पाते हैं।
पटाखे तो कॉलोनी में नवरात्रों से शुरू हो जाते थे,
भैया-पापा-दादा हर श्याम आ के साथ में एक बम जरूर जलाते थे।
इस दौर में तो वो पटाखे भी नज़र नहीं आते,
साउंड और एन्वाइरन्मन्ट पॉल्युशन के कारण अब सब शोर दबे हैं रह जाते।
माँ-दादी का घर पर पकवान बनाने का दौर अब नहीं रहा,
अब तो गिफ़्ट बॉक्स में पैक्ड काजू-बादाम, मिठाई और चॉकलेट ही स्टेटस सिंबल कहलाते हैं।
वो रामा-श्यामा के लिए नानी के घर जाना अब एक सपना सा लगता है,
अगले दिन दफ्तर जो जाना होता हैं।
15-15 दिनों की वो छुट्टियाँ अब नहीं आती
क्योंकि
बच्चन वाली दीवाली अब नहीं आती।।
