Philadelphia Rural Development Society (PRDS) which has been working for the community development & wholistic development of the people. Israel, he is the one who laid his first step to start ministry since 1964 to spread the good news with social welfare
movement to all over the south bastar. In this area there was no registered organization during at that time He him selves worked without registration and later in 1997 he had a team with him and with his team he formed an own registered organization called (Philadelphia Rural Development Society) PRDS under government of India. Lateron we have got registration in NITI Aayog NGO Darpan Unique ID, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, GSTIN, DDUGKY PRN, MSME UDYOG AADHAR, PAN, TAN, CSR, 12A, 80G (FCRA Under Process) Bijapur District Governing Member of ATMA (Agriculture Department), Governing Member of Bijapur Block Committee in Sexual Harassment. Also got Pledge certificate from National Human Rights Commission of Inida, National Women Commission of India, Central Vigiliance Commission of India, Department of Agriculture Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, National Mission for Clean Ganga, Petrolium Control Research Association, Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Global Discipleship Training Alliance Membership etc. Now our organization is working by the grace of God smoothly. At the present era this organization’s head office is in Bijapur and branch offices located in Jagdalpur, Raipur and Bhopal focusing to spread the good news all over India, and trying that each village should have one human development center and through we trying to transforming the community and there peoples. To establish the human development centers our work might be different like social activities but the organization main ambition is to establish the human development centers so that building kingdom of peace might establish. By likeminded people working in the field of Education, Agriculture, Adult Literacy, Community Development, Skill Development Training, Road Saefety Awareness Program, Caring for Old Age, Caring for Orphans and widows, Sewing Training Programs, Awareness Camps, Health Awareness, Disability Awareness, AIDs Awareness, SHGs Formation, School, Spiritual Growing Camps, Environment Programs, Water Save, Youth Programs, Women Program, social work etc in the year 1997. Initially it focused on activities related to "Community Development to needy". Later with a mission to help, the down trodden section of the Society, striving to help & guide weaker section by organizing Awareness camps, Disability of Poor and needy peoples.
