Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be engaged in the following activities:
Reaching out to customers and explaining them about our products.
He/She must be capable of understanding the customer requirements and convincing the customer by providing information about the products.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Identifying and generating new Business or sales leads for the company (B2B).
Must be able to follow scripts and respond to objections in a natural and persuasive manner.
Should be willing to work with a Team.
Listen to objections and handle them effectively.
Coordination with customers and sales teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates only.
Should have a good command over English, Hindi and/or Marathi language.
Must have basic knowledge of Computers and the Internet.
Customer Service, VOICE & NON-VOICE, MNC, BPO, KPO.
Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
The prospective candidate must be smart, presentable with good communication skills, be self-driven & motivated, good listener, learner & presenter.
Qualification: - 10+2 / Diploma with Min 6 Months Experience in BPO or Graduate Fresher
Shift Timing: - 10:00 AM-07:00 PM, Mon-Sat
