THE THOUGHTS HAVE THEIR OWN BURDEN. THE BURDEN OF THOUGHTS IS SO MUCH SO HEAVY, THAT, INITIALLY IT MAY CAUSE HEADACHE THEN IT CONVERTS INTO MIGRAINE, AND LATER ON IF NOT RELIEVED, IT MAY GET SO MUCH HEAVIER THAT ONE MAY GO MAD AND ONE HAS TO CONSULT A PSYCHIATRIST. BUT, IN MY OPINION, THE PSYCHIATRIST HAVE TO CURE FOR IT. HE WILL SIMPLY PRESCRIBE THE ANTI DEPRESSING DRUGS, WHICH IS NOT THE SOLUTION. THE SOLUTION LIES IN GETTING RID OFF THE UNNECESSARY NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WHICH ARE A KIND OF WEEDS. WHICH MUST BE UPROOTED.
